01. Agreement Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, registering at, or enrolling in any computer educational programs at Acme IT Centre ("the Academy," "we," "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not utilize our digital portal or register for any offline or hybrid classes.

02. Admission & Eligibility

• Eligibility criteria (such as minimum high school schooling or primary logical backgrounds) vary depending on the course selection (e.g., PGDCA, Google Advanced SEO, or Professional Tally ERP Prime).
• Registrations are personal and non-transferable under any circumstances to other prospective candidate students.
• The Academy reserves the absolute right to cancel or deny admission if submitted qualifications or biometric details are found to be fraudulent.

03. Lab Demeanor & Resource Usage

We pride ourselves on offering high-speed computer programming lab facilities with real systems and zero simulations. In return, students must strictly abide by laboratory policies:

• No unsanctioned installations of executable applications or browser mining tools on workstations.
• Lab timings are allocated dynamically during registration and must be strictly adhered to.
• Students are responsible for any intentional physical vandalism of workstation screens, logical networks, or peripheral hardware accessories.

04. Accredited Certifications

ACME IT Centre is ISO 9001:2015 certified and registered under Government Regd No 284/2010. Our course completion certs, diplomas (PGDCA, DIT), and specific accounting modules carry genuine verification structures. However:

• Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in lecture segments and complete practical assignments to qualify for examinations.
• Verification credentials can be cross-examined by prospective legal corporate employers on our verified center channels.

05. Intellectual Property Limits

All proprietary courseware slide decks, computer software configurations, code repositories, study sheets, and interactive AI advisor workflows are patented properties of Acme IT Centre. Any commercial reproduction, resale, or unaccredited streaming of Academy material is strictly forbidden.

06. Jurisdiction & Grievance

Any legal disputes, consumer grievance claims, or validation contentions stemming from Academy sessions or digital portals fall exclusively under the judicial bounds and arbitration tribunals of Uttar Pradesh, India.
