Refund Policy

Last Reviewed: June 1, 2026 • Government Regd No 284/2010 compliance policy

01. Philosophy on Fee Exchange

Acme IT Centre works towards maintaining absolute transparency with respect to tuition structures and laboratory slots. Because admissions determine system workloads and tutor timetables, respect for registration seat allocations is strictly maintained.

02. Refund Timeline Parameters

If a student decides to retract their enrollment, refund requests are governed according to these precise stages of registration:

03. Exclusions & Non-Refundable Credits

Certain credits, items, and accessories disbursed during registration are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Physical textbook booklets, database workbooks, and Tally ERP worksheets.
  • Govt exam portal registration fees paid on behalf of students to boards.
  • Unique certification verification key assignments and digital portal access.

04. Request Submission Procedure

Refund declarations must be formally submitted in writing directly to the Main Office desk inside City Center complex, or filed electronically using the registration helpline email channels.

  • Retrieve the Tuition Remission Request document from our administrative desk.
  • Provide validation logs or verification receipts certifying original transaction details.
  • Detail valid causes explaining the cessation of IT learning pathways (medical causes require physical practitioner certificates).

05. Processing Timeline & Methods

Sanctioned refunds take approximately 7 to 10 working days to compile. Refunds are directly processed back to original banking avenues (such as banking accounts, digital UPI routes, or credit gateways). No physical cash is disbursed at helpdesks for auditing transparency.

06. Audit Certifications & Compliance

Fee collection and remission statements are inspected by Government tax controllers in Uttar Pradesh. Our policies strictly adhere to standard student welfare consumer regulations.
